What fun

Elaine,
I was so excited to find your fabrics in my letterbox-thought they would take alot longer to reach the southern part of New Zealand. I had the intention of taking a photo of the fabrics before I made the blocks but got so excited I forgot.
This block was fun to make and I can't believe how much easier it was than I thought it would be.
I hope you like what I have done with them.
Everyones blocks are so different I can't wait to see it come together.

  1. Hey Marlene, yours turned out lovely too. Well done, it'll be great to see the blocks all together.
Heading your way in November for a first time visit to NZ! Really looking fwd to it, we are walking the Milford Track then driving for a week around South Island.
    Any tips?

  5. You know, it's interesting to me that I am finding each person is able to add so much to this block pattern....I am having difficulty figuring out which patch is added! I love these so much Marlene, thank you, thank you! Cheers, Elaine

  6. Glad you like them Elaine. I was very nervous about whether I had done the right thing by adding from the stash, and whether you would like them.
